Hastate Design is open to collaborating with architects, landscape architects as well as garden designers who are environmentally aware, share similar values, and are interested in incorporating naturalistic planting designs into their projects.
fee structure
Our fees are based on the time that we need to execute your project successfully. Our time is focused on doing plant research, planning and most importantly, creative thinking.
Here is an outline of the elements that we use to generate
a quotation for your garden project:
- site visit and initial meeting
- planting design (creative thinking, overall garden concept, plant ideas, plant selection)
- project management (contact with nurseries, organising materials needed for the project, plant delivery)
- planting supervision
- the cost of additional support needed during project implementation
- plant material (we provide clients with the plants needed for their project at cost, no mark up)
- soil, gravel
- other materials (if using : pots, border edging etc.)
We have a transparent approach to pricing, which includes providing clear estimates of our fees and timelines before we start a project.
We also communicate regularly about the time we are using and on any changes to our fees that may arise as your project progresses.
We may charge additional travelling costs depending on the location of the project.
